Bury St Edmunds Walkthrough

Space

A three-story office building needed to be transformed into a modern headquarters comprising of working areas, a client lounge, a conference suite, breakout zones, and staff kitchens. With a required headcount of over 200 employees, it was important for everyone to have enough space to move around freely.

Result

Due to the large headcount, it was essential to include breakout areas and kitchens on each floor, as well as plenty of storage units and print zones. The conference suite consisted of 6 different sized meeting rooms, coupled with a bright central feature lounge and tea point to present a striking first impression on visiting clients.

Royal Borough of Greenwich Walkthrough

The Brief

We were commissioned by an academy school to transform a large basic corridor into a multi-functional media plaza for use during school hours and afterschool activities. The space needed to be suitable for all ages, inspire the students, and support creativity and collaboration.

The Result

A combination of high benches, low tables and acoustic booths were used to produce a dynamic space. Furniture items were spread out along the corridor to encourage a clean environment and bright fabric finishes were used to attract pupils to use the area. A walkthrough was created to present to the school board at the grand opening.

During the lead-up to the exhibition, we measured, modelled and designed a 3D digital layout of the showroom. Walkthroughs and VR headsets were provided to show how realistic and affective this media can be.

High and low tables were used to design a dynamic working environment coupled with a selection of acoustic booths and soft seating units. The clients corporate branding was integrated within the upholstery and finishes of the furniture which created an inspiring and colourful space.

Rushden Virtual Reality

The Brief

Several different sized areas needed to be turned into arts and crafts rooms as a marketing project aimed at community libraries. The intention was to create multi-functional activity spaces for individual use, training and learning environments, and group room hire.

The Result

We created a selection of eye-catching design features in each room and brought the concept to life by including a variety of different arts and craft supplies, such as 3D printers, pattern paper and sewing machines. The designs were best presented as Virtual Reality tours to allow prospective clients to view 360° of the space.

This project is a fabricated building that was created to show the advantages of using Revit Architecture and Revit Families. When presenting a design to customers, swapping the standard high-quality visuals for Virtual Reality tours helps the client to visualise their new office environment.

The Result

A contemporary and stylish design with a mixture of seating and acoustic areas. To separate the working office, a mezzanine was included to provide some privacy for clients. Using a 360° tour, you can view every corner of the building, develop a true perspective of the high ceilings and visualise how the mezzanine fits in with the space.
